A former college football player who earned a spot at training camp with the NFL’s Carolina Panthers. Performance training and the weight room have been central to his life for as long as he can remember. Over the years, he’s had the opportunity to train under some of the best strength and conditioning coaches in the field—experiences that shaped both his training and his approach to long-term performance.
Now at 38, Chris has shifted his focus. He’s moved away from traditional heavy splits and toward full-body strength and aerobic work, prioritizing longevity, sustained energy, and overall health.
He’s a proud father to two daughters, Carmen and Claire, and husband to April, the love of his life, whom he met back in high school. Outside the gym, Chris enjoys playing pickleball and spending time with family and friends.
Today, his mission is to help others—especially former athletes—train with purpose, stay strong, and thrive well beyond their playing days
If you’re anything like me, you’ve pushed your body hard in the past. Maybe it was on the field, in the gym, or just through the grind of life. Now you’re looking for a smarter way forward-one that helps you stay strong, move well, and show up with energy for the people and things you care about most.
I’ve lived the shift firsthand. After years of chasing performance the old way, I realized that longevity, health, and consistency are the real game-changers. That’s why I focus on full-body training, aerobic work, and sustainable strength—because being fit for life is the new standard.
Whether you’re a former athlete or just someone ready to train with more intention, I’m here to guide you. Let’s get to work.
